Plaza Hotel Offers  iPad Services in Every Room

The Plaza Hotel began offering iPads to all of its guests last January.

The devices come with a program designed by the hotel that will allow people to utilize the hotel’s services as well control the room’s functions such as lighting.  It’s called the Intelity’s ICE, short for Interactive Customer Experience.

The program will allow you to request room service, set-up restaurant reservations, speak with the hotel’s concierge and much more.

The iPad will not affect any jobs at the hotel.  It’s just another added option to create a better hotel experience.
