I have never been to the Carribbean - So Aruba would be a great place to start. And at the Marriott of course!

Aruba would be our first choice. We've been slowly making our way south down the Caribbean coast. Last year was Honduras. Puerto Vallarta would be good too as we do some volunteer work around Guadalajara. It would be great to take a brief break from our work to relax a bit.

I would pick Renaissance Aruba Resort & Casino. I've been researching places to stay in Aruba for a few years now and Renaissance sounds perfect! It is a 4 star resort located on Renaissance Island, the only area with a private beach in Aruba. There are lots of divine-sounding restaurants and bars to choose from ( LG Smith's Chop House, Blue, Aquarius, etc) AND Renaissance is home of the only Starbucks in Aruba. Sold!!

This was a very hard decision as I've never been to any of these places, but I think I would choose the The Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino because of the blue ocean and I just like the look of it. I only can take vacations in the winter months so it would be great to go somewhere warm!
